Customer Support Engineer

I am currently working with a market leading, multi-million pound turn over business who are looking for a Customer Support Engineer to join their growing team.

The Role:

In the role of Customer Support Engineer, you will be responsible for technically and commercially evaluating customer requirements, preparing and issuing professional quotations and communicating with UK and possibly overseas  facilities /customers / agents on a daily basis.

As a Customer Support Engineer, will be responsible for liaising with the engineering team to ensure customer needs are satisfied whilst also providing technical support to customers, overseas regional offices, service personnel, manufacturing & purchasing.

The Person:

To be successful in the of role Customer Support Engineer you:

  • Must have a minimum HNC in engineering or equivalent
  • At least two year’s experience working within oil and gas market in a commercial, sales or operational role.
  • Have worked within a large organisation, preferably £30m+
  • Must be willing and able to travel and visit customers

The Package:

The Basic Salary for the Customer Support Engineer is up to £35,000. You will receive a 4.5% matched Pension, 25 day’s holiday plus bank holidays, car allowance, mobile and laptop.
